1 - How should I lubricate the PU Seals Elite Airguns?

-The PU Seals Elite Airguns should be lubricated with a very small amount (0.5 g) of lubricant on the side. Do not add any lubricant on the front of the seal;

-Only grease with molybdenum disulfide (Paste G) is used . Never use silicone or silicone grease to lubricate the PU seal;

-Always clean your airgun barrel, in order to remove residual lubricant, before installing your seal;

-Once installed the seal in the piston, insert it turning in the airgun cylinder to avoid cuts during installation.

2 - I installed the gas ram in my carbine and it lost power. What could have happened?

It is necessary to take certain precautions in this case:

1 - Make sure you have correctly installed the Gas Ram as shown in the installation manual;

Remove the Gas Ram and perform the installation again correctly.

2 - Make sure the Gas Ram is aligned / centered. Centralization is important in order to the Gas Ram work correctly. The misalignment can cause Gas Ram leaking;

To correct this problem remove the Gas Ram and run the installation again using this centralizers metal parts (centralization washers) at their ends. The installation of P.U. centralisers may stop the proper Gas Ram operation.

3 - Make sure that the seal mechanisms (piston seal bushing, barrel O-ring, etc..) are working properly;

If the seals are faulty is necessary to identify where the fault is and carry out with exchange of defective part. You are advised to renew all sealing parts of his carbine when customize it.

3 - I noticed that there is oil on stem of the Gas Ram after tableted. Was there a Gas Ram leaking?

No. The rod is a metallic material and requires lubrication for its perfect operation. Therefore, when it enters or leaves the tube Gas Ram, it is self-lubricated.

4 - My carbine stopped grouping after Gas Ram installation. What do I do?

You should take the following precautions:

1 - Check if the PU bush located in the plunger retainer may have been broken during installation time;

In this case it is necessary to replace the bushing.

2 - Check if the sealing ring (O-ring) is damaged;

In this case it is necessary to change the sealing ring.

3 - Check if the barrel is dirty (leaded);

In this case it is necessary to clean the barrel with a cleaning kit for carbines.

4 - Check if the barrel crown is damaged;

In this case it is necessary that the carbine be taken to a specialist.

5 - Can the trigger set be damaged if I leave my carbine cocked?

After the Gas Ram installation your carbine may be cocked for an unlimited time without the GR suffering any damage. The trigger set is also designed to keep the carbine cocked without it being damaged. Trigger set only suffers damage if a shoot is forced with the security lock engaged.

6 - What carbines could use the Elite Airguns Muzzle?

Any carbine that has a barrel of 15mm or 16mm.

The Muzzle is attached to the barrel by hex bolts, without the need for any hole in the carbine.

7 - What is in the Kit Custom Piston + Gas Ram?

The kit Custom Piston + Gas Ram is composed of a piston designed to work with a specific Gas Ram, an embolus retainer (PU Bush) Teflon ring (O-ring), plus the indicated Gas Ram .

There is no major need for adjustments in the carbine, usually just remove the spring guides. Spring compressor is needed  to achieve  optimal installation kit Gas Ram.
